The most significant features of the formation of personal, metasubject and subject results of students in the process of mastering the value component of the discipline a “Foreign language” is the impact of a system of linguistic and extralinguistic means, as well as the creation of a special axiological environment.

Keywords: foreign language, learning outcomes, value component, digital educational environment.

Today, educational activities are more susceptible than ever to all changes due to the large-scale digitalization of all significant social structures. According to recent research in the field of teaching foreign languages and cultures, information technology is increasingly being used at all levels of education [Ilyina 2019: 121].

The national strategy for the development of education pays great attention to the development of a secure information space that promotes the strengthening of traditional Kazakh spiritual and moral values, culture and historical memory, and the sustainable development of the economy of Kazakhstan[Strategy for the development of education in Kazakhstan for the period up to 2025 2015: 8]. The current source base on the topic of the use of information and communication and digital technologies describes in detail modern electronic means training and the specifics of their implementation [Cavalheiro 2017, Jabeen 2015, Hussin 92].

To solve educational problems, it seems important to take an integrated approach to teaching foreign languages, integrating both classical methods and techniques, as well as practice-oriented electronic resources. In other words, we are talking about “blended learning” [Whitelock 2003: 99], which combines face-to-face face-to-face classes and interactive educational technologies [Kostina 2010: 142].

The most effective formation of results occurs through the inclusion of students in organized practice-oriented activities that affect personal interests. The use of digital educational resources contributes to the effective development of foreign languages in the process of introducing and activating vocabulary by performing electronic tasks, interactive construction of grammatical structures, activating acquired knowledge during online travel, and performing online test work. In this paper, we will consider only some digital technologies that can be used to achieve personal, subject and meta-subject results in the framework of learning a foreign language.

At all stages of learning a foreign language, special attention should be paid to the content of the material being studied, which should not contradict the priority national interests. That is why, in the process of foreign language education, it is necessary to realize the educational potential of the discipline, as well as direct it towards the appropriation of appropriate values.

This is how civic education of students is implemented in foreign language classes., It forms the ability to express one’s own civic position in a foreign language, interact with friendly social partners. Through the use of digital resources, foreign language learners can conduct electronic correspondence and interact with representatives of international volunteer organizations such as WOOFF, Help Exchange, Sfera, MAG, or GreenPeace. The latter also includes environmental education.

Patriotic education promotes awareness of students’ national identity. For example, the presentation of socially significant information on clickable elements in a presentation built using the Prezi resource. Unlike the more familiar program PowerPoint, it makes it possible to add information to different users at the same time.

Along with patriotic, spiritual and moral education, implemented in foreign language classes, contributes to the formation of a value attitude to the facts of native culture.

the country, its language. The digital environment can help spread elements of national heritage by writing articles in electronic educational journals, blogging in a foreign language, and creating short videos in a foreign language about cities, landmarks, famous people, and folk crafts.

Aesthetic education is inseparable from the educational process, aimed at developing the perception of the cultural traditions of the country of the language being studied and the ability to represent the cultural heritage of their country.

In the age of global digitalization, it is extremely important to pay due attention to the formation of a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation. Digital assistants (for example, performing online training sessions with an English-speaking speaker) will help increase physical activity in the classroom, as well as activate appropriate vocabulary.

Early career guidance in secondary school and the need for lifelong learning are also reflected in the process of learning a foreign language. Labor education is implemented through conversations with representatives of different specialties in a foreign language, conducting professional tests, speaking at international professional

conferences, and participating in international professional Olympiads.

The formation of personal results in foreign language classes contributes to the development of students’ national consciousness, strengthening their personal position, awareness of the need for constant personal and professional development, and the appropriation of the most significant values for civil society.

To solve this problem, it is important to use digital resources that increase motivation to learn foreign languages in general. For example:

• The Toolsforeducators resource, which allows you to create games on various topics for example, creating board games on the topic of “Sports”, searching for words on the playing field on the topic of “Professions”, Bingo on the topic “Fruits and Vegetables”, the development of worksheets to check the spelling of active vocabulary.

•  creation of various motivational images and demotivators on the Destroyer website,which can be used at the stage of setting goals and objectives of the lesson to increase motivation for learning activities, at the stage of updating knowledge, as well as reflection to better consolidate the studied material;

• development of mathematical comics on the website storyboards.com , which can be used in the process of learning to read, as well as to update lexical units (for example, on the topic “Animals”, “Beauty and Fashion”, “Cinema”, “Food and Drinks”, “Technology”, “Transport”);

• development of animated series “Forest”, “Cartoon tool”, “so we know how”, “example”, “Winter holidays”, “Christmas”, “My weekends”, “Sports games”, “Musical instruments”.

The presented resources can be used in the process of solving the tasks of both academic and extracurricular activities of students. For example, to develop individual and group

final projects. The algorithm of work in this case will be as follows:

1) formation of a working group;

2) setting goals and objectives;

3) definition of the theme and form of the product (collection of lexical games, comic book, cartoon);

4) distribution of responsibilities (selection of language material, technical work on resources,

creation of images);

5) Product formation;

6) Product presentation and project protection.

In the process of learning a foreign language, metasubject results such as basic logical actions, basic research actions, and basic information actions are formed. The development of linguistic abilities is facilitated by:

– forvo.com it helps with the introduction of new lexical units, working out the pronunciation of words and phrases (it is possible to search for individual phrases, as well as complete a full course);

To develop grammar skills, you can use:

– Englishgrammarsecrets resource, which contains extensive theoretical material, an accompanying video from a native speaker teacher, as well as exercises for practicing material on the topics “Adjectives”, “Adverbs”, “Affixes”, “Conjunctions”, “English determinants”, “Nouns”,“Prepositions”, “Verbs”, “Pronouns”, “English Tones”, “Sentence structure” and others;

– the Hot Potatoes program, which allows the teacher to develop interactive

tasks with graphic, audio and video information, as well as tests to control students on the topics studied;

– Quizlet application, which presents interactive flashcards in 11 languages, including English, that help you repeat the material you have learned, as well as prepare for TOEFL exams, TOEIC, IELTS.

Studying the facts of the culture of the country of the studied language, as well as conducting a comparative analysis with the native culture:

– websites of foreign newspapers, magazines, news;

– presentation of the facts of the native culture and the culture of the country of the studied language in the blog format (Blogger). For example, creating a final project in the blog format on the topic “My Native City”, “What is British Culture?”, “National Parks” and others. The search and presentation of facts of native culture in a foreign language contribute to the development of patriotic values that form the spiritual and moral basis of students. An example of a blog page dedicated to the Battle of Kursk and the memorial complex located in the city of Kursk.

To summarize, this article shows that these educational resources used in foreign language classes involve independent search, selection and presentation of information by students.Among the most significant results that can be achieved in a foreign language lesson using electronic educational resources, undoubtedly the most important is mastering a foreign language at the level necessary to build communication with representatives of different cultures, the ability to express their point of view in a reasoned manner in the language being studied. It is important to note that, despite the active development of competitive domestic software, its diversity is still not as great as that of foreign digital resources. The websites and programs presented in the article have full or almost complete free access for all users.

The potential of the discipline “Foreign language” provides opportunities for the multifaceted development of personality. Undoubtedly, the digital educational environment is blurring the boundaries between countries, and the international language of communication provides access to the most effective learning tools. However, the difficult socio-political situation in the world poses a challenge for the organizer of the educational process, who must choose not only the most effective means of achieving educational goals.
